1. To consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016;
2. To consider a proposal of Buy-back of shares of the Company and seeking approval of the Shareholders, if required in accordance with all applicable provisions of laws.
