This is to inform you that the Company is conducting Postal Ballot for obtaining Shareholders approval in the proposed resolutions.
As per the requirement of Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the company is providing physical ballot and e-voting facility to its shareholders from Monday, the 18th day of December, 2017 (09:00 A.M.) to Tuesday, the 16th day of January, 2018 (05:00 P.M.).
For the purpose of sending Postal Ballot Notices and determining eligibility to vote by e-voting or by physical ballot, the cut-off date has been taken as Friday, the 01st Day of December, 2017.
