| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/11/2016 17:53:23 | Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2016 as well as the re-casted financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 after giving effect to the terms of Sections III and IV of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement having been approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh vide its order dated September 21, 2015 (as modified on October 12, 2015) and also approved by the Orissa Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited ("OIIDCO") vide its letter dated September 24, 2016.
As per provisions of Company’s approved Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from November 15, 2016 till November 25, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
