1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the company for the year ended March 31, 2010.
2. To recommend payment of dividend if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2010.
3. To consider sub-division of equity shares of Rs 10/- each into such smaller denomination as the Board may deem appropriate, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
