1. Resignation of Mr. Maulin B. Acharya, as Managing Director and Compliance Office, of the company with effect from August 24, 2015, However, Mr. Maulin B. Acharya shall continue to be a Director in the Board.
2. Mr. Ashok Kumar Dudi, Appointed as Managing Director and compliance officer of the Company with immediate effect, and
3. Mr. Somnath Dey, appointed as an Internal Auditor of the Company to conduct the internal audit of the Company. |
