| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/08/2016 16:31:15 | Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("Committee") at its meeting held on August 05, 2016 had granted 1,25,000 Performance Award Units (PAUs) to Mr. Sandeep Kishore, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, under EPAP 2016 at an Exercise Price of Rs. 10/- per unit.
The vesting of the PAUs shall take place over a period of 5 (Five) Years based on the performance parameters approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. |
