1. Recommendation to the Members, the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Goyal, as the Managing Director of the Company for the period of three years with effect from August 31, 2016.
2. Recommendation to the Members, regarding the ratification of the appointment of M/s D D Nagpal & Co, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
3. Recommendation to the Members, the re-appointment of Mrs. Saloni Goyal, as the Director of the Company;
4. Appointment of Mr. Deepak Bansal Company Secretary in Practice, New Delhi as the Scrutinizers for conducting the remote e-voting and the voting process at the AGM. |
