1. Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 15%) for the year ended March 31, 2015.
2. Adopted Code of Conduct for fair disclosure of unpublished information and for regulating trading in the securities of the Company by the Insiders pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
