| Exchange Disseminated Time | | TVS Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 3,50,000 share warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis to M/s. Tranzmute Business Advisory LLP, Mumbai (warrant holder). As per the terms of the issue of the Warrants, the warrant holder has to exercise the option for conversion within a period of 18 months from the date of issue of warrants. Accordingly, the warrant holder has exercised the option to convert the entire warrants into equal number of Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on April 02, 2013. |
