1. To consider, approve and taken on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine Months ended on December 31, 2016.
2. To consider the Alteration of Main Object of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders by way of Postal Ballot.
Further, Pursuant to Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees and dependents covered under the Code from the close of business hours of February 06, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited financial results to the Stock Exchanges. |
