| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/11/2016 18:14:19 | India Glycols Ltd has informed BSE that the Company proposes to make an application to the Central Government for its approval under Section 197 read with Schedule V and other applicable provisions, if any of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder for the remuneration to Shri U. S. Bhartia as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period not exceeding 3 years with effect from April 01, 2016 till March 31, 2019.
In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of newspaper clippings published in the newspapers on November 24, 2016. |
