The Notice of the same is attached herewith.
Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, September 01, 2017 to Friday, September 08, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 54th AGM.
