1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
2. To consider and approve the Scheme of Demerger of Company's sugar unit & others.
Further, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of Trading Window) for insider covered under "Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd. Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" would be from July 28, 2015 to August 06, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
