| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier letter dated January 24, 2011 JM Financial Products Ltd had informed BSE that the part release of pledge of 6856 equity shares being 0.2% of the share capital of Bartronics India Ltd, as requried under Regulation 7(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997.
