| Exchange Disseminated Time | Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Financial Technologies (India) Ltd. ("FTIL"), on January 28, 2016, entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), for sale of its 13% stake in DGCX for an aggregate consideration of USD 5,225,000.
The said transaction is subject to fulfillment of certain conditions including regulatory approvals, if any.
Post completion of the above said transaction, the Company would be completely exiting Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX). |
