December 12, 2015, approved the following:-
1. Consequent to Mr. Hiral Patel, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Investor Relation Officer (CIRO) of the company, assuming other senior responsibilities in the company, he has relinquished his position as CFO and CIRO of the company w.e.f. December 12, 2015.
2. Mr. Pravin Agrawal, currently holding position as Head (Accounts & Finance), possessing qualification of MBA (Finance) and rich experience of over 3 decades in the fields of accounts and finance, has been appointed as CFO and CIRO of the Company w.e.f. 12th December, 2015, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies Act, 2013.
3. CS Sunny Pagare, Compliance Officer, having experience of over 5 years in relevant field, has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. December 12, 2015, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies Act, 2013. |
