has approved the following :
1. Appointed Dr.Anil Arora, as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from November 05, 2015.
2. Appointed Dr. Anil Arora, as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel), Rules, 2014 w.e.f. November 05, 2015.
3. Has approved investment proposal of Rs.27 Crores for its Distillery Division at Nanglamal Sugar Complex, a Unit of the Company to meet the norms of Pollution Control Boards by installation of:
i) Shed
ii) Turning Machine of higher capacity
iii) Evaporator to reduce spent wash
iv) ETP Lab
v) Bio-culture plant and storage/packing/Bagging facility |
