- Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.
- Sub-division of equity shares of the Bank of face value of Rs. 10 each.
Further, in continuation of the Company's disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated June 30, 2017, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Bank will be closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and Auditors of the Bank including their immediate relatives till July 28, 2017 and hence, they are not permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till July 28, 2017. |
