The exercise period for the said options was a maximum of 4 years from the date of the vesting of the options.
Out of the aforesaid stock options, 64,781 options have already lapsed due to resignation/retirement of employees from time to time. The remaining 1,78,968 options which were vested and not exercised as per the said Scheme of the Company also lapsed on 9th October 2017.
