| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/07/2016 16:12:07 | Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the close of the trading hours on July 22, 2016 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Accordingly, all the designated employees (including dependants and relatives as per code) are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. |
