The said auditors have given modified opinion on the consolidated financial statements/results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2017. The statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications on the consolidated financial statements/results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2017 is enclosed. Change in Statutory Auditors of the Company In terms of Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, the term of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, the current Statutory Auditors of the Company, will end at conclusion of the ensuing 54th AGM of the Company. The Board recommended that Price Waterhouse & Co, Chartered Accountants, LLP Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 304026E/E-300009), be appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, for a term of 5 years commencing from the conclusion of the ensuing 54th Annual General Meeting. The above may kindly be treated as disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
