| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news item appeared in Business Line dated May 15, 2015 captioned "Kellton eyes buys in data processing, analytics space" Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd has Clarified to BSE that the Company is still under initial preliminary discussions stage and no concrete outcome has come out till date. The Company will keep stock exchange updated on having any concrete outcome with the concerned parties.
Further, the Company, vide its letter dated February 09, 2015, informed BSE that Kellton Tech will open its new office at Cupertino, California and seeks to add around 500 people across the globe in 2015, including about 100 in Hyderabad. The Company had submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release in this regard. |
