| Exchange Received Time 17/08/2017 19:08:59 Exchange Disseminated Time 17/08/2017 19:09:03 Time Taken 00:00:04 | Further to our communication dated 16thAug, 2017 regarding the convening of the NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) convened meetings ('TCM') interalia, of the preference shareholders and the equity shareholders of Mukand Limited ('Company') on 16th August, 2017 for approving the Scheme, we wish to inform you that based on the consolidated report dated 17th August, 2017 submitted by the Scrutinizer, Mr. Anant Khamankar, Practising Company Secretary, the Chairman of the TCM has declared the resolution proposed in the notices dated 4th July, 2017 of the meetings of the equity shareholders and preference shareholders respectively has been approved by the shareholders with requisite majority.
Copy of the consolidated report issued by the Scrutinizer along with the requisite particulars of the voting results as per regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations is enclosed for your information and record.
Please note that the Scheme shall now be subject to further approval of the regulatory authorities including approval of the NCLT. |
