Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, that the Trading Window for dealing with equity shares of the Company, by designated persons, under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from October 31, 2016 to November 10, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on November 11, 2016. |
