| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maithan Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the following resolutions, with requisite majority :
1. Re-appointment of Sri. B K Agarwalla, as Chairman and Whole Time Director of the Company.
2. Re-appointment of Sri. S C Agarwalla as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Sri. Subodh Agarwalla, as Whole Time Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company; and
4. Increase in remuneration limit of Sri. Aditya Agarwalla, Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. |
