1. The Board has considered the amount transferred from Unclaimed & Unpaid Dividend Account to Investor Education & Protection Fund.
2. The Board has taken note of the issue of 1860465 equity shares to HT Media Limited on preferential basis in the Allotment Committee meeting dated January 28, 2017.
3. The Board has decided to exit its operations from Jai Hanuman Exports, a unit of JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd., situated at Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ), Noida, Uttar Pradesh. |
