In view of the above, company refer the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the provisions of the Company's Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window will be closed from May 10, 2017 to May 22, 2017 for all the Directors, Designated Employees and Auditors of the Company. |
