| Exchange Disseminated Time | State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the instructions received from Ministry of Commerce vide Office Order dated October 20, 2008, Dr. Arvind Pandalai has relinquished the charge of CMD, STC w.e.f. October 20, 2008 (AN).
Further the Company has informed that Shri. N K Mathur, Director (Marketing) will hold the additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), STC, with effect from October 23, 2008 for a period of three months or until a regular arrangement is made. |
