1. Adoption of audited accounts for the year ending March 31, 2011 together with the Reports of the Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Reappointment of Mr. Vijay Choraria, director retiring by rotation.
3. Reappointment of Mr. Anil Harish, director retiring by rotation.
4. Reappointment of M/s B. S. R. & Co Chartered Accountants as the auditors of the company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting.
5. Appointment of Mr. Sameer Farooqui as Assistant Manager Production in accordance with section 314 of the Companies Act, 1956. |
