| Exchange Disseminated Time | Saregama India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 24, 2012, has decided the following:-
1. To accept resignation of Mr. G. B. Aayeer as ‘Manager’ of the Company with effect from January 01, 2013.
2. To appoint Mr. Suryanarayana Mantha as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from January 01, 2013, to hold office upto the next Annual General Meeting.
3. To appoint Mr. Suryanarayana Mantha as Managing Director of the Company with effect from January 01, 2013 subject to the approval of the shareholders in General Meeting. |
