Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from May 23, 2016 up to 48 hours after publication of audited annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016 for the purpose of declaration of Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016. |
