| Exchange Disseminated Time | V-Guard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of 45% i.e. Rs. 4.50 per equity share of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General meeting of the Company.
The Board of Directors in the above mentioned meeting appointed Mrs. Joshna Mithun as an additional director in the non-executive category pursuant to proviso Section 149(1) read with Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 and appointed Mr. Ullas K. Kamath as an additional director in the independent director category pursuant to the provisions of Section 161 of Companies Act, 2013 and they will hold office upto the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
