Department of Commerce, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi vide its order dated June 16, 2014 has appointed Shri. Bhagwati Prasad Pandey, Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Department of Commerce as Part-time official Director on the Board of the Company vice Smt. Anita Agnihotri.
Further, the Company has informed that Professor R. H. Dholakia ceased to be Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Company consequent upon completion of his tenure of appointment i.e. a period of three years from the date of joining the Board. |
