In this connection, we would like to inform you that the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench ('NCLT') has sanctioned the scheme of Arrangement (Merger) of Cadensworth (India) Limited (transferor company) with Redington (India) Limited (transferee company). The order of NCLT has been made effective on 26th July 2017 (being the date of filing the order of NCLT with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai) with the Appointed Date being 1st April 2016.
