| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Bhagawati Oxygen Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2015, has considered the Company’s Equity Shares are listed with the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and Delhi Stock Exchange Limited and there are no trading of equity shares since listing at the Delhi Stock Exchange Limited moreover of there are frequent trading at the BSE Limited. After due consideration of all the aspects, it was decided by the Board that in terms of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, announced by the SEBI the Company’s Equity Shares be delisted from the Delhi Stock Exchange Limited and the above said share continued be listed with the BSE Limited, stock exchange having nationwide trading terminals and the investors have access to trade and deal in Company’s equity shares across the country.
