1. approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 (Q3); &
2. considering declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2015.
Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Insiders of the Company from January 01, 2015 to February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the impending publication of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014. |
