| Exchange Disseminated Time | HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that the company in terms of Regulation 26 of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 has revised the acquisition price in respect of the Public Offer made by it for acquisition of 35,00,000 fully paid Equity Shares of DCM Shriram Industries Ltd (Target Company) to Rs 120/- per share.
As required under the aforesaid Regulation 26 the company is making necessary announcement in the newspapers in which the original Public Announcement was made. |
