| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Birla Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur has directed that no mining should take place in the Mining Leases within the area of 10 kms, from the Chittorgarh Fort. In view of the said order the mining of Limestone at Company's Chanderia cement plant has been kept under suspension. The Company is taking necessary legal measures for revocation of the above stay order of the High Court. Meantime, the stock of limestone available at the plant is sufficient to maintain production for 6-7 days. |
