| Exchange Disseminated Time | Timken India Ltd has informed BSE that the following changes taken in the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on December 31, 2005:
1. Mr Jon T Elsasser, Director has tendered his resignation from the Company's Board.
2. Mr P S Dasgupta, Alternate Director to Mr Jon T Elsasser, who vacated the office as such consequent to the resignation of Mr Elsasser, has been appointed as Non executive Independent Additional Director.
3. Mr Jai S Pathak, Alternate Director to Mr Michael J Hill, has tendered his resignation as Alternate Director to Mr Hill, and has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Additional Director.
4. Ms Sunitha Narahari, Additional Director, has tendered her resignation as Additional Director and has been appointed as an Alternate Director to Michael J Hill. |
