We are submitting herewith copies of Newspaper Advertisements of the Notice to Equity Shareholders of the Company, published in newspapers i.e. Financial Express, New Delhi (English Edition) and Jansatta, New Delhi (Hindi Edition) on 31st July, 2017 in respect of transfer of the unpaid/unclaimed dividends and equity shares for the financial year 2009-10 to IEPF, if not claimed on or before 27th August, 2017, in accordance with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended.
