| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2011, inter alia, has decided the following matters:
1. Consolidation of Face value of Equity shares of the Company from Re. 1 to Rs. 10, subject to approval of the Members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Issue of Equity Shares and Warrants on a Rights basis to the Members of the Company for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 12 crores subject to approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
