1. Resignation of M/s. B. K. Khare & Co., Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company vide letter dated June 16, 2014 for F.Y. 2014-15.
2. Appointment of M/s. SSPA & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. B. K. Khare & Co., and their appointment is subject to approval of members in the ensuring Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
