2016-2017 will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2016 along with the statement of assets and liabilities for the half year ended September 30, 2016 .
Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from November 03, 2016 till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting for the Directors, Designated Employees and Key Management Personnel of the Company. |
