| Exchange Disseminated Time | Welspun Investments and Commercials Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. B. K. Goenka, Director has submitted his resignation and requested the Company to relieve him from his services.
After deliberations the Board of the Company, considering the request made by Mr. Goenka, has accepted his resignation on and from the close of office hours of November 08, 2011.
The Board puts on record the invaluable services rendered by Mr. B. K. Goenka to the Company during his tenure as Director of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that Mr. L. T. Hotwani has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
With this the present composition of the Board of Directors of the Company is as under:
