| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
2. To fix the date of the Annual General Meeting and the period of book closure.
In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from August 03, 2014 to August 12, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Company's Board Meeting scheduled to be held on August 11, 2014 for the purpose stated above. |
