| Exchange Disseminated Time | Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at is meeting held on August 12, 2011, inter alia, has approved the following;
1. Redemption of 90,00,000 12% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 900 lacs as per one of the Objects of the Rights Issue on August 17, 2011.
2. Declaration pro-rats dividend amounting to Rs. 4,083,288/- (exclusive of dividend tax) from April 01, 2011 to August 16, 2011 on these 12% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares. |
