| Exchange Disseminated Time | Usha Martin Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Partha S Bhattacharyya has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years upto July 30, 2019 at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 31, 2014.
Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the existing independent directors namely Mr. Salil Singhal, Mr. G N Bajpal, Mr. Jitendra Balakrishnan and Mrs. Ramni Nirula were appointed for a term of 5 years upto July 30, 2019 at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 31, 2014.
In compliance with the provisions of the Listing Agreements, the Board of Directors now comprises of 5 Independent Directors out of total strength of 10 Directors. |
