| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jindal Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 24, 2009, inter alia, to consider following:
1. Alteration of Memorandum of Association by insertion of additional object in the object clause of the Company and approval of the same through postal ballot under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. To consider the proposal for commencement of new business by following process u/s 149 (2A) of The Companies act, 1956.
3. Appointment of the Scrutinizer for postal ballot.
4. Approval of the draft notice to the shareholders
5. Fixation of record date for the dispatch of notice and postal ballot form to the shareholders. |
