Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, December 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2017.
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, December 04, 2017 till Wednesday, December 13, 2017 (both days inclusive).
