| Exchange Disseminated Time | Superhouse Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended as on aforesaid date together with the Reports of Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Vinay Sanan, Mr. Mohd. Shadab & Mr. Anil Kumar Agarwal as Directors of the Company.
3. Declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs. 1.20 per share for the financial year 2008-2009.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. Kapoor Tandon & Company, Chartered Accountants, Kanpur, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration, terms & conditions. |
